Morgan has been in the food and beverage industry since she was 16 years old. After going to university for 8 years for Psychology, Health Sciences and Homeopathic Medicine, she decided to continue her Food and Beverage career and move to Muskoka where she began working at Deerhurst Resort. There she supervised weddings and events that ranged from 10 to 900 guests. She then took a position at a private country club in Muskoka where she executed weddings, golf tournaments and social events. This experience inspired her to start her own event planning company to help brides and grooms and corporate groups  create their perfect day.
